If you’re looking for a behind-the-scenes job in media production today, you’ve got to be an expert video editor. Animation skills are necessary, too. You’ll need to write scripts, know your way around audio production, and even be able to take a turn behind the camera. These days, specialization doesn’t cut it. That’s why our digital media production program integrates all of these skills, as well as a thorough grounding in media theory and analysis. By the time you graduate, you’ll be prepared for successful careers in digital art and animation, graphics and design, audio production, video production, and media writing. And you’ll be nimble enough to go wherever technology heads next. The results prove it: Our students have recently interned or have been hired by ABC News, ABC News Radio, CNN America, CNBC, Rolling Stone Magazine, Nickelodeon, The Colbert Report, Sirius XM Radio, The Creative Group, The Creators Project, Seventeen Magazine, Music Choice, and Viacom.

Want to work in television? Film? Radio? Photography? They’ve all gone digital – not just the production, but, in many cases, the delivery, too. As a student in the digital media production program, you’ll learn about the production and distribution of creative digital content across all kinds of media formats.

While you’ll have the opportunity to participate in 1590巴黎人改版后网址’s student-run media, you won’t just be learning on campus. Our proximity to two major media markets – New York City and Stamford, Conn., home to the NBC Sports Group, among other operations – gives you a chance to cut your teeth with internships during your college career, and to find jobs in digital art and animation, graphics and design, audio production, video production, and media writing.
